We Guarantee we will post within 2 working days. Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Royal mail delivery guidelines are 3 – 5 working days. On rare occasions, mail does get delayed as the post service is not perfect. If your mail does not arrive after 15 working days, it is classed as lost by Royal Mail. In this unfortunate case, please contact us so we can open a trace.

Overseas delivery averages 2 weeks and possibly more to southern hemisphere countries.

Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned.

If you wish to return a disk for any reason provided it has not been removed from the cellophane then we offer a no quibble refund policy
