After 12-48hrs your milk has been transformed into healthful, probiotic Kefir and is ready to drink. Transfer your Milk Kefir Grains to fresh batch of milk and repeat the process… indefinitely!

Kefir has a yoghurt-like consistency and can be consumed just as it is; used as a base for your daily Smoothie or poured over Muesli. Consistency and flavour of Kefir can be varied according to fermentation time; longer fermentation produces creamier and tangier results. Straining Kefir through fine cloth makes a simple and delicious Cream Cheese which can be flavoured with fresh herbs (or spices) to taste.
