In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Address Changes

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your item arrives to you as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to change the shipping address; however, depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, address changes may be subject to a change order fee of $15.

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or tears on package), and in their original packaging.

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days. Item must fit criteria as mentioned above.

If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).

However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage
