Shipping way and time

(1) We will ship items within 48 hours after your payment is cleared. Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped out on Monday or next working day.

(2) In principle we choose E-packet to ship items to USA and china post air mail to other countries.

(4) If you want to choose expedited shipping way to delivery your item please contact us and we will try our best to achieve it.

Replacement/Exchange/Refund

(1) We accept exchange within 14 days after receiving for defective item. And we will refund your money back. Meanwhile you need to provide us some evidence, such as picture, to show us it is defective.

(2) If you buy a wrong item pls contact us immediately and we will delivery another right one if we have. But you need to afford all the costs including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc.

(3) Unwished product return will be charged a 15% restocking fee only if item is the same as which we sent out. Buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee to send items back.

(4) If returned item is not the same as which we sent out to you, such as destroyed, you need to pay for it.

Warranty

(1) The warranty period is 180 days and it must be under normal use.

(2) If the item does not work within the warranty period under normal use we can exchange a new one, but the buyer need to pay for the freight of the second time delivery.

(3) If the item does not work within the warranty period for abnormal use, we will not exchange a new one for you.
