Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.
  5. Each product carries limited replacement warranty period stated in each listing's item description. 
    Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.
