It is not possible to exchange an item, we advise you to return the item for a refund and reorder. Buyer Pays return postage cost.

 

We will issue refund all items which:

- Are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

- Are returned to us in original condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.

- Used items are non-returnable and due to the hygiene reasons underwear are non-returnable.
