This is a New In The Box Tamron Adaptall 24mm F2.5 Lens. I bought it years ago, and it has never been used. I'll include a genuine new adaptell to Contax/Yashica mount, and a used adaptall to Nikon F mount. This was a fast, small 24mm lens that can be mounted on any system with the right adapter.
