Handling
All items will be shipped directly to you for FREE (for USA destination) from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. For items purchased through Global Shipping program, the we will send the package it to the Global Shipping Center within 1-3 days. After the purchased item arrives at the Shipping Center, the seller’s job is done. International experts at the US Shipping Centre process the package, complete customs forms, pays applicable import charges, and sends the package to your address that you specified at the time of purchase.

Domestic USA Shipping
Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, please allow 3-7 business days for items to arrive. Items are shipped to the lower 48 states only. We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.

Global Shipping Program
When you purchase an item through the Global Shipping Program, you'll pay any applicable import charges upfront. There are no additional charges at delivery. When you view an item that's being offered to you through the Global Shipping Program, you'll see an estimate of the international postage charges and any import charges in the item listing. Once you purchase the item, the final charges appear at checkout. During checkout, you see the final charges for your item, including the item cost, the postage costs, and any import charges.

Return Policy (USA Shipping)
All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, as specified in our return policy, except when an item is being returned because it isn't as described in the listing or if the item is defective. In this instances, we'll pay the return shipping charges. Please wait for our reply after you initiate a return. We will send you our prepaid return mailing label so that eBay can see when the item was received. If a buyer use his own postage or takes the item to the post office to be weighed and shipped, eBay can't see the tracking number and will not require the seller to refund.

Return Policy (Global Shipping)
With a few exceptions, international returns are not supported through the Global Shipping Program at this time. We are not accepting international returns.

Restocking Fee
Refund amounts are automatically adjusted for any restocking fees or shipping charges, depending on the reason for return. If a buyer returns an item for any other reason, including deciding not to purchase the item after all, the seller may charge a restocking fee of 20% from the total amount except if the item is damaged or defective.
