Checkout

Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 24 hours to the address given at checkout. If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchase. Delivery

All deliveries will be made to the ebay address associated with the order. Please make sure this is correct before making your payment.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, we will usually dispatch orders same day or possibly the following day at busy times.

Orders paid for after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. 

All weekend orders will usually be dispatched the following Monday.

This is not a next day delivery service as stated on Royal mail website it is estimated and can be delivered any time with 1-7 working days and will be considered lost after 15 working days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - Most products have an Express Delivery option - see listings for details. 
FRIDAY dispatch EXPRESS DELIVERY - The Express Delivery option does not guarantee next day delivery when used on a Friday. 
If you require Guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us to arrange payment - Royal Mail make an additional charge for this service. 

International delivery is via Royal Mail Standard Airmail  or International signed-for if purchased at checkout and includes insurance. 
Europe & European Union - we have found that delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days and are not considered lost until 28 working days. 

The Office is closed Saturday & Sunday, so no dispatches will take place on these days.

Returns
We are pleased to offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If any item dissatisfies you, please return it to us (within 7 days) stating the issue, along with your order details and we will rectify the problem or refund you in full. It is your responsibility to insure their safe and secure return. To achieve this, we recommend using Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery ™(use special delivery if the value is abouve £20) this will cover you if the item is lost in the post.

If it is our fault you have recived a wrong item or faulty item we will refund you the return postage costs. We reserve the right to refuse any item that has been Used, Damaged or Tampered with.

Non-faulty :-items must be returned to MTech Trading Ltd within 14 days. Our 14 day return period policy starts on the day after you received the items. 

Faultygoods :-If you have received a Faulty/damaged item , a refund/exchange will only be available if the goods are returned together with their original packaging and in the same condition you received it within 7 days.. 

The customer is responsible once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has
been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. 
If the customer received  a wrong item(s) we apologise, this is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a replacement.

We offer a standard 30 day returns on parts if the part is found to be faulty.

Certain items will have a  6 - 12 months warranty this will be stated in the listing.
