We are an online shop only so are unable to serve walk-in customers or actually fit the purchased parts. For this reason we manage to keep our costs down to a minimum therefore passing you the customer the very best prices.

VECO aim to carry all advertised items in stock, however availability changes constantly. If the part(s) you desire are not in stock on the day the order is placed, we kindly ask you to allow 3-5 days for receipt of the goods. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of the receipt of payment if received by 4pm.
Orders requiring next working day delivery should be placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after this cut-off time that miss the collection will be sent on the next working day. Please note this service is not available for Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Delivery times shown are not guaranteed but the vast majority of shipments arrive within the times stated (excluding Sundays for Royal Mail, Sat/Sun for courier and public holidays for all shipping methods)
Free UK delivery - We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage for sending most lightweight, low value items. Royal Mail 1st Class post or Special Next Day Delivery options are available at an extra cost. If the item is high value but low weight then we will send via Royal Mail on a Signed for service. For heavier, higher value items we will ship via Fedex and Parcelforce dependent on the size and weight of the packed order.
Royal Mail do not consider items as lost until 3 weeks after dispatch date. No refunds or replacements will be offered until after this period. Delays are possible with the postal services and are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays after your item has been dispatched.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our Free Delivery to certain areas and postal codes. Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands all incur an extra postage cost.

We also welcome orders and enquiries from overseas and will be happy to assist you with delivery costs to any International location.
We at VECO want you to be 100% satisfied and completely happy with your purchases from us so if you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason you have a period of 14 working days (starting from the day after you receive them) to return them to us for a no-quibble refund (or exchange if preferred).
When returning items to us we recommend using a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot refund the cost of returning any goods to us unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, in which case we will reimburse you the postage cost. Full details of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: we are not able to offer a refund for cut-to-length or made-to-measure items such as cable, sleeving, tubing, bespoke kits etc. unless the goods are damaged/faulty/incorrect. Unwanted goods must be returned in their un-opened, original packaging (where applicable). Please remember to include a copy of your receipt with details / reasons of return etc so we can process the return as promptly as possible.
