2.Please open the parcels and check for DAMAGE before SIGNING delivery notes.If an item is damaged, please write"DAMAGED"on the delivery note and return it to us, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Otherwise we will assume the items are unbroken and in good condition when delivered.?
3.Due to the delivery timescale of a parcel is dependent on the location of destination, we highly suggest that you do NOT book any plumbers until your items are received and checked.
RETURNS &
REFUNDS
If you have changed your
mind or decided that the item is not suitable for you after the item has been
delivered to you , you may return it for a credit against other goods or
a refund.Please note that in either case we will claim back our original
delivery charge of £35 paid by us. Therefore we advise that you make sure this
item is suitable for your existing pipework.
Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and
packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection.
A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to
be in a sealed condition.
Postage costs paid by Sorrento Bathrooms are not refundable to the customer.
Therefore after returning the item back to us simply because you changed your
mind , or decided that item is not suitable for you we will give you a full
refund , but deduct the courier charge paid by Sorrento Bathrooms.
We do not refund postage costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility
to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and Sorrento Bathrooms will
not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you
take out the correct insurance cover. The customer must arrange for the return.
Buyer pays return
postage - 7 working days to let us know about the return in email or writing
and then another 7 days to get the item back to us.
Sorrento Bathrooms is
not responsible for the lost or damaged items being returned by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all the cost of return shipping and the
condition of the item is returned to us. Customer must return the item
back to us via trackable, recorded, insured delivery. Once we received the
items safe, undamaged return we will then refund to you the original cost minus
the delivery cost £35.
Sorrento Bathrooms do
not accept a return and issue a refund if the item has been used, damaged by
the customer or damaged caused
by returning the item back to warehouse or any parts are missing from original
packaging.In the unlikely event if your item has developed a fault – you
have 7 days to notify us. We would ask for evidence – this can be given through
clear photo images of the faulty item and its fault.
Once this is given
we can then start a case and see whether a part or replacement is needed. We
will then send out a new item at our cost. After 7 days it is you the customer
responsibility for return of the item back to our warehouse, we will then offer
an exchange of the item.
If our courier attempts
delivery and you are not home, they will post a delivery note through your
door. This will give you information on how to re-arrange your delivery.
However, if the parcel has been returned to us due to the fact it cannot be
delivered or has been refused on delivery , we will be charged £35 fee by our courier. This charge will be passed on to you or can
be deducted from any refund request.
