Usage

The 102c ceramic cartridge is a disposable filter cartridge designed to culture bacteria and remove dissolved contaminants too - leaving your aquarium water fresh and clear. A 102c will usually last around three to six months, though this will vary according to how much waste the cartridge has to deal with. When the cartridge is dirty and clogged up, just throw it away and replace with a fresh one. Rinsing out is best done with a little aquarium water  - never under the tap.
