Hi and welcome to this listing, this is a replacement canon cover with a few extras, the design extends over the back and also fills a few of the areas left empty on the original design, (see tapered point etc), this unit also has a laser fitted which throws a line across the playfield to pinpoint targeting (visually better than a dot IMO), the beam is restricted to the playfield via a tilt down metal flap (this also protects against direct visual laser contact), unit can be focused into a narrow beam & powers up when the canon moves, finally it has a red/blue flashing led on the rear which lights up in conjunction with the laser adding to the effect.
