Within 30 days of receiving the part, let us know if it is not working for you. i.e. defective, damaged in shipping, not the right part sent, ordered the wrong part, etc. Please remember we can only assist you in finding the correct part or providing some technical guidance if you provide us with the model number of your appliance.
We are unable to accept the return of any previously installed electrical items. Once an item is connected, it has clear installation marks and cannot be resold or returned to our distributor.

Why 20% restocking fee: We need to return this part to the factory and pay for professional testing. The factory will verify if the part is working perfectly or if the part was broken during installation. We have to pay for two shipping costs and labor in the factory.
