Mexican Silver Parra Early Repousse Onyx Bracelet



Wonderful bracelet by Mexican master silversmith Horacio de la Parra.

Extraordinary repousse links set with green onyx cabochons. Box clasp.

Pre-Eagle piece circa 1940s.

Signed with early hallmark "Parra", also marked "Sterling Mexico".

Horacio de la Parra was one of the finest silversmiths in Mexico. He started his own company "Plateria Azteca" with a large production of high quality holloware. This company held contracts to produce items for William Spratling and Hector Aguilar. He also started the famous firm "Conquistador".

Excelent vintage condition with a beautiful deep original patina.
