How to fill an icing bag:
- 1) Snip the end of the bag as required to fit the nozzle. One quarter of the nozzle should be exposed. It may help to fold the top of the bag
- 2) Scoop up some some icing on a palette knife and place deep in the bag.
- 3) Hold the bag with your leading hand and squeeze down towards the nozzle to release the icing. Support the bag with your other hand
