Payment is expected no later than 3 days after an auction’s end.
Please contact us if there is a reason your payment may be delayed.
After 3 days we will relist the item and an unpaid item case will be open

Item will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Some of our items are shipped via Australia Post and others are with Courier Company. Once the item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your parcel tracking number and courier.
If there is any problem, please contact us first, and we will try our best to resolve it.
After hours/ weekend delivery is not possible.
CAUTION: Please provide your correct mobile number after payment as it is very important for the courier to ensure there is someone at home for big parcels. Otherwise there may be some delay in the delivery of your product.
WE PROMISE OUR PACKAGE IS HIGH STANDARD. We will not be responsible for the goods damage or lost during the whole transit unless you pay extra for the insurance.
