Shipping:
All items sold by TJs to Your Door include free shipping to U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Package for items weighing less than 1lb. This means that most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days, with 3 days being the most common. Orders placed before 8AM, Mon-Sat, may receive the benefit of same day shipping; other orders will be shipped the next business day.
Returns:
All purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. If your item arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging and item by taking photos. Food items may be returned unopened in their original packaging for a full refund. Opened food items may be returned under the guidelines of Ebay's 'first taste policy', meaning if an item is determined to be defective after the first taste it may be returned with open packaging, as long as only a minimum amount of the item has been consumed. If the items arrives damaged or defective the seller will pay for the cost of the return. In all other cases, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
