Can view the camera via P2P ID on the phone APP and PC client CMS Software. The phone view supports both Android and iOS. And the PC client “Device Viewer” supports centralizing monitor, remote record (only for PC)and playback.

Compatible with b/g/n routers. Requires 2.4GHz band, connect your smart phone to the 2.4 Ghz network before syncing to the camera. (Before the camera hooks up to wifi successfully, suggest setting under wired network.

Using guide

1. For mobile phone users, please refer to the detailed steps on the user manual. Please assure you have done what you are told to in case of setting failure. 

2. For PC clients, please refer to the following steps

A. Click this link: www.videoipcamera.cn 

B. Click “ for software”. 

C. Download “device viewer” to your desktop, then install it step by step. 

D. Back to your desktop. Right click “run as administrator”, then log in.(necessary step for Win 8, 10 system) 

E. Right click the “Device List” at the blank, click add device. 

F. Fill in information: Device type: choose SP; Device name: you name it; P2P ID: 743932; Password: 888888. Then confirm. 

G. Double click the device name you set up. 

Note

1. The “Device Viewer” doesn’t support Vista, Mac system 

2. As to Windows 7, 8, 10 system, need to install and run the “ Device Viewer ” as administrator 

3.NON-Support Micro SD storage, video recording not available for smart phone. If need to record video, please download PC client and record it in PC. 

4. Non-support audio function.
