This Vintage Chinese Tang Dynasty Replica Tenmoku (Matte-Type Finish) Glazed Pottery of an Opposing Animal and Floral Pattern Tea Bowl is a wonderful piece of art.

A vintage Tang Dynasty replica of a Chinese glazed tea bowl with opposing animal and floral pattern, which is supported on a short flat foot. The interior is decorated with rich dark brown animals and flowers (Matte-Type) glaze with the rim to the exterior sides decorated with random brush strokes of light brown and cream over a rich dark brown glaze.

This is a great example of workmanship and detail reflecting the Tang Dynasty standards. Please study the photos carefully. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.

Condition

Excellent. There are no chips, repairs, or other structural issues. Please refer to the photos, which is a part of my description. (Click to enlarge the photos.) Overall, it is in excellent condition with appropriate age wear.
