Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Priority International Air Mail.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order.
The Delivery takes normally:
- most European countries - about 5-10 business days (sometimes to Italy and Spain - about 10-20 business days)
- USA - about 10-25 business days
- Canada, Australia, NZ - about 2-6 weeks.
- Asia Pacific: 10-25 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-9 weeks
*** PLEASE NOTE that during busy periods like Christmas or during the storm season are possible shipping delays. We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on customs in your country and the local post office. Unfortunately we don't have any control over them and can't be responsible for delays caused by them. Your patience and understanding would be highly appreciated!
The Buyer is responsible for any prevailing custom duties/taxes in the respective destination country.
Please note that each country's custom clearance time may vary, and it may cause delay on the delivery time.
If you are not at home at the moment of delivery, you'll be able to schedule a redelivery or to pick up your package at your local post office.
Your shipment will be waiting in the post office 15 days. If, within these 15 days you do not take it, it will be returned. Responsibility for unclaimed package will be entirely yours. Shipping costs for unclaimed and returned shipments are not refundable. If you like to send your order again, you should pay for the shipping again.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 14 day return policy.
- If You for any reason wish to return a purchase, You may do so within 14 days from receiving the product(s) .
- The cancelled item(s) must then be returned to the address notified to You, within 14 days after your receipt of the form. The item(s) must be in the condition in which delivered. The item(s) must be returned undamaged, unused, unworn and properly packaged for the cancellation to be valid. If the product(s) is/are damaged after delivery or it/they is/are not properly packaged, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in value of the products as a result of damage or mishandling. If only part of the item(s) is/are returned, only a corresponding part of the purchase price will be refunded to You.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We will refund the paid price of the purchased item as soon as practicable and at the latest within 14 days of when we receive the item(s) back.
- We will not refund any costs for shipping.
- Please be informed that because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the above right to cancel a purchase does not apply to (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights):
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Books and Magazines
- Intimate items + Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
