Every order is shipped as a collection of 2 meter long pieces.

For example if you order 10m then you will receive 5 pieces which will be 2m long each.

Most other sellers are sending their products in 1m long pieces which is more time consuming to work with but with us you work will be done smoother and quicker!!


Your product will arrive in a number of boxes that are 2 meters long each.

The number of boxes depends on the length and type of product that you have ordered

Every size and variant has a maximum length that can be inserted into one box.

Delivery price is fixed for every box ordered.

 

Please note there may be additional postage costs for shipments to non UK mainland, Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands. 

 

We dispatch the items as soon as possible!

Delivery takes up to 5 working days however we can not take responsibility for any delays that are caused by the courier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 14th LIMITED  we charge a 15% administration and handling fee. Please notify us within 7 days of your delivery and upon receiving our goods back we will issue a refund providing the item is unopened and "as new".

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.

Returns Process:

1. You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.
2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a full refund.
3. Afterwards, please re-package the items safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for return.

4. All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost we will require proof of postage. Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems.
