Warranty Terms

Video Access Technology Corp. 
 
We provides ONE year warranty on most of our products. Please review the following warranty restrictions.
 
Basic Warranty Statement-
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. 
The warranty does not cover damages due to unnormal everyday usage.
 
* Exclusions from Warranty :
The product has been damaged due to disasters or extreme conditions,
whether natural or human, including but not limited to flood, fire,
lightning strikes or power line disturbances.

To obtain service, the original purchaser must present a sales receipt and/or proof of purchase
and send the products prepaid to:

The purchaser must include name, shipping address, telephone number, and S/N number. 
The purchaser is responsible for all cost regarding the return shipments. 
Accessories will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns.
 
■If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  All shipping-related claims should be made within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.

NOTE: The warranty shall be void if there is any damage to the product due to misuse,
             tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks or falls.

Payment Terms

1. We prefer you pay via Paypal only.

2. Payment must be received within 3 business days unless buyer has contacted us with any specific reasons.

    An unpaid strike will be sent if the item has not been paid after 14 days. Unpaid items will be reported to eBay.

Shipping Terms

1. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days AFTER receiving payment (except Holiday).  (Please contact us for shipping information.)
2. Item shipped via airmail by Taiwan Postal Office  (EMS) ; will arrive in most of the countries within 2 WEEKS.For insured item only,

tracking number will be provided after shipping.

3. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors; sometimes it may takes up to 3 WEEKS.
4. Items will be shipped in business days (from Monday-Thursday GMT+8) the item of payment cleared on

      Friday GMT+8 will be shipped on the coming Monday.


5. We ONLY ship to confirmed shipping address for full payment on PayPal.

    (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted, we ONLY accept the physical addresses)

•We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. 

Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays).


•International Buyers, Please Note: 
a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
b) Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
