Special concerns for Shipping

* Australia Post is our main carrier.

• Unless you give “authority to leave”  - a signature will be requested upon delivery, however if the customer is not home, the driver will leave a card and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for. This will be the default procedure for most of our deliveries.
• If you “give authority to leave”, we understand that the parcel’s safety is your own responsibility.

* If tracking number for your order isn’t uploaded, please do send us a message to request it.

* The seller will take great care and package all purchased goods appropriately, however no responsibility is taken for items damaged in transit.

* We dispatch to the address provided by EBAY ONLY! Please ensure all your details are correct and up to date, so we can get yor purchase to your first time, every time.

l         RETURN TO SENDER – In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or being unclaimed parcel; Re-post postage will be request prior to re-dispatch. 

l         There is a fee charged by AU POST for returning the parcel to sender.  For any returned postage/fee charged from Post Office due to above reasons, returned postage/fee will also be requested prior to re-dispatch.

Payment

PayPal -- We accept PayPal instant, e-cheque and credit card payments via PayPal

Bank Deposit / Internet Transfer -- We accept direct credit into our Australian bank account (details given at checkout.) Please use your eBay User ID in the “to account description” field as reference.

If you are unable to use your eBay ID, please send us an eBay message advising us of your payment details including date, description, amount and from which bank. The ebay Item number is not sufficient to identify your payment.

Bank Cheques / Money Orders -- We accept Bank Cheques and Australia Post Money Orders.

Please request our postal address to send the Bank Cheque and Money Order; Please also be aware of postal times, in addition to our delivery times.

Payment must be made within 3 days

We allow our customers 3 (Three) days in which to pay for their purchase.

• You must agree to our postage and handling charges and Shipping Policy before bidding/buying

• We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfies with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All the item/s need to be in their original condition, not worn or damaged or altered in any way. Return postage is buyer’s responsibility.
• IMPORTANT: Your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason.
• All goods posted out from us will be seriously packed either under postal ordinary, expressed or insurance. However, we assumed no liability for the postal late delivery or goods damaged or missing during the transportation.
• Leaving a negative feedback before either contacting us or allowing us to fix a possible error, we will take that as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations.
