Sizing Guide – Please Read Carefully

All sizes given on the listing are the internal sizes of the frames and NOT the overall size.

The size is given according to the size of picture which will fit inside the frame. The overall size of the frame will be larger than the picture size. The viewing window will be smaller than the size given, approx. 4mm of your picture will be covered from each side.

A picture frame is measured from the back and internally, all sizes given are the internal size of the frame and the viewing window will be smaller than the picture size given.

I.e. if you were to order a frame sized 12x10 inches the internal size of the frame from the back. The viewing window will be slightly smaller than 12x10 approx. 11.7x9.7 inch. The overall size of the frame will be picture size plus moulding width x 2. So for example a frame sized 700x500 with a 30mm moulding will have an overall size of approx. 760x560mm.

All our frames come with a shatterproof styrene sheet and MDF backing board with or without stand depending on size.

The styrene/ Perspex sheet is used for ease of transport and is lightweight and extremely safe for use in public places and kids rooms.

There is a protective film on both sides of the styrene sheet to protect from scratches/ damage in transit, once removed the sheet shall be clear and scratch free.

All our frames come with hanging hooks and frames sized up to 12x10 inches will come with a strut back/ kick stand.

Please note there is no mount or paper insert included with this frame.

Delivery:

Orders placed up to 1pm are normally dispatched same day Mon - Fri.

Express next day delivery available, please select from the postage and payments tab.

Express delivery not available in Northern Ireland, Highlands and all British Islands. If you place an order and pay for express to any of these locations item will be sent by standard delivery.

We offer a 30 days return policy if you change your mind for any reason. Item must be returned unopened and in original packing. Please note customer will be liable for any return postage costs.

If your item arrives damaged we require a photo as we need these for quality control purposes and to forward to courier services. In event a damaged item is received we will send out a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of photo.
