SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
- You must make sure to provide a correct address. If you think you entered the wrong address, you have to contact me immediately!
I am not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address. - I generally shop non-flat items such as charms, pins, or memo pads with tracking, while you have a choice between tracked and untracked for flat items such as prints,
stickers, ACEOs, and bookmarks. If you choose "economy" you will not get a tracking number and in cases of delay you may have to wait the
maximum amount of time before I can refund you or send a replacement. - In cases of delay you will have to wait a certain amount of time before we can be sure that the order was lost. If you have a tracked order, this can be resolved much faster.
Untracked orders may have to wait up to 12 weeks. - I do not accepts returns or cancellations after the order has shipped unless you are located within the EU.
In any cases of returns, the buyer pays for shipping both ways. The exception is if I made a mistake with your order, or your order arrives damaged. - If your order arrives damaged, please contact me right away. Please provide photos of the damage to the product and the packaging so I can forward them to the postal service.
- Even if your order is a gift, I have to fill out a customs form that will be placed onto the envelope which will contain your name, address, contents and value of the order.
