About the Postal Services we use
We try to ensure that your postal costs are kept as economical as possible.
We send UK orders out either by Royal Mail 48 (Click and Drop service) which has a recorded despatch and delivery facility (it is not a tracked service). Orders over 2kg are sent as Parcels using DPD which is a fully tracked service.
Overseas orders are sent either by Airmail letter post or Royal Mail International standard postal service - both of which are not tracked services.
Heavier items over 2kg are usually sent by a tracked parcel service with the exception of books which may be sent by a Royal Mail Print Direct service which is not trackable.
