The material used is rigorously tested under laboratory conditions to ensure full protection of your original seats from the elements. Using the latest technologies these seat covers are designed not just to protect your seats but also to provide an ultra-smart look to the vehicle interior.

Once ordered, please send us an email with your text and choice of colours as per the example below. Text is in our standard font (Arial) with a maximum amount of 20 characters per line. We are unable to add company logos or images. We require your embroidery requirements within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise order could be delayed.

Please note: All embroidery requirements will be printed exactly as received via email – if incorrectly advised embroidery requirements are printed – we cannot accept return of the covers for a refund as this is not an error of UK Custom Covers.

Payments

Please make payment via your preferred method that is made available to you on the purchase page.

We do not accept payments over the phone via credit or debit card.

If you do not have a Paypal account then we can email you an invoice through Paypal. This option then gives you the opportunity to pay via a credit or debit card. It simply uses Paypal as a payment platform just like a card machine. Please note that the transaction must still go through the eBay website.

For those buyers that purchase but do not make payment within 4 days eBay will raise it’s own non payment case against you so please ensure you have sufficient funds available to complete your transaction.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch your product from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays), your product will be shipped on an overnight service with DPD Local (except remote areas and Ireland). 

    PLEASE NOTE ORDERS WITH EMBROIDERY HAVE A 10 DAY DISPATCH TIME AS THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER.

     

    If you are not home when DPD Local try to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to contact them directly to arrange alternative delivery details.

    • If the parcel is returned to the depot and you neglect to contact them, your parcel will automatically be returned to the UK Custom Covers Warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.
    • It is a good idea to provide a mobile number with your order, that way DPD Local will send you a text message with details to track your parcel.
    • No delivery appointments can be made.

    Please note: postage and packing costs shown are for standard mainland UK areas only. Additional charges will apply for the following areas:

     

    Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and all other islands off the mainland excluding the Isle of Wight (no extra charge).

     

    Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of the areas listed above. If in doubt please contact us for a quote before purchasing an item, we will require your postcode, item number and product name.


     

    International Delivery

     

    Wherever you live, UK Custom Covers will endeavour to deliver direct to your door.

     

    Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received for goods and delivery charges.

    Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.

     

    It is the recipient's responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

     

    Please note: Following BREXIT on 01/01/2021, customers ordering from outside of the UK may be liable to pay import charges.

     

    UK Custom Covers cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur storage or other charges outside our control.

     

    Please note: Some remote areas will incur an extended area delivery charge, if you are in any doubt please contact us before purchasing an item, we will require your post code, Country, item number and product name.



    Returns, refunds and exchanges

    We want you to be happy with everything you buy from UK Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 60 days from receipt of goods.

     

    If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.

    International Returns

    Return postage charges will be incurred unless the item is faulty.
