Shipping
We promise to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving verified payment. As a UK seller, all our goods are sent from the UK. Majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for 1st Class Delivery and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class Delivery; however this will depend on Royal Mail. For urgent orders, we would recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service, we are open 5 days between 10am and 5pm Mon to Fri.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit card through PayPal and cash on collection. If you would like to use any other mode of payment please contact us.
WEAR AND TEAR
All Desktops, laptops and components are used and may have signs of wear and tear/cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, and plastic chips/non A structural cracks to casing, minor display imperfections/blemishes not visible in pictures that do not affect performance.
BATTERY POLICY
All batteries are provided as strictly untested; no guarantee is given or implied that the battery will hold a charge or work away from the mains supply. We do not except any returns on the basis of 'my battery doesn't hold a charge'.
RETURN POLICY
Simple
and easy. If you have changed your mind or unsatisfied with your item.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. Once
we have received the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid
for the item excluding Postage & Packing.
