If you make an offer and we accept it, that is a purchase commitment to us.  You will receive an invoice.  If it is not paid within 2 days we will open a Unpaid Item Case.  We regularly add buyers to our block list that never pay and never contacted us.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping is not negotiable.  If you put a note like "free shipping" or "including shipping" in the buyers message box when making an offer, it will be declined.  We have many consignment items and free shipping complicates our accounting.
• We use the shipping calculator provided by eBay.  Weights and dimensions are entered for each item.  We try to break even on shipping and we charge the same amount you'd pay to ship the same package to us.
• Offers are welcome but the shipping shown is what we charge.  FREE shipping is NEVER really FREE.  If it's offered by a seller, then you can be sure they upped the price to cover it!

OFFERS

• We entertain reasonable offers.  Less than 1/2 price offers are a waste of our time.
• We price our items to sell and we initially price most items to be lowest if you sort by Price Plus Shipping Lowest First.  This means we already subtracted off the shipping charges from our price to be lower than that seller offering "free" shipping.

SHIP TO ADDRESS

• We only ship to the verified address you have in ebay/paypal.  please check and update your address and contact information (if needed) in both ebay & paypal before making purchases.
• If your package is returned because you did not update your address any additional shipping charges to resend a package to you will be your responsibility.

Motor Compatibilty Questions:  If you are not sure if the part will work on your motor send us a message.  Include the year, horsepower, make, model # and/or serial # of your motor so we can assist you. 


Our Policies:

• Combined Shipping:  We do combine shipping. Most items will combine automatically at checkout if you use the cart (especially First Class Mail items).  You can put all the  items you wish to purchase in your cart and then checkout.  After you have purchased, if the shipping seems to high you can request a total or send us a message and we'll take a look and adjust if we can. 
  
  We CANNOT adjust shipping on items purchased through the GSP (Global Shipping Program).
  
  If you make offers on multiple items and we accept your offers we will send a combined invoice for all the items and will combine your shipping amount at that time.

• Return Policy:  Returns are accepted on all items, except for items purchased through the GSP (Global Shipping Program).  If a part doesn't work for you for any reason let us know.  If there was a mistake in the listing or the part is defective we will pay the return shipping.

• Sales Tax:  Michigan residents will be charged sales tax.
