Listing is for one pair of shells made of nylon plastic. Optional cover may be applied when buying any flat insole from our other listings and requesting that are bonded together by selecting the "Cover option" Add. If you selected this option without buying any of our flat insoles, then a thin layer of white or black vinyl cover will be applied to the top of the pre-made arch support. *Read instructions at the bottom of the listing for how to order with custom cover option.

Cover Options: please view pictures for reference, short vinyl, 3/4 length vinyl. Short with blue swirl foam, 3/4 of full length blue swirl foam and short length gray neoprene and 3/4 of total length gray neoprene.

This arch supports are made of semi-flexible to rigid 3mm plastic, recommended for shoes with a width “D” the arch is an average and might not fit everyone, pre-made foot orthotics are an inexpensive way to give some arch support before using custom foot orthotics. Select the semi-white for a stiffer option.

Please view the table below to know the approximate measurement of the length and width of the shells and recommended shoe size, but, the size  may need to be adjusted according to the length of your foot’s arch. The Shell should not interfere with the ball of the foot, it means, the distal part or front or the shell should be just behind the ball of the foot - see pictures.   • Features contoured arch and heel cup with a rounded heel bottom
  • Cover is optional and extra charge applies for bonding cover to shells, you may buy one of our insoles at the same time for using this option.
  • Cover option ADD see note: Use this option only if you are buying any of our flat insoles at the same time and you wish it is bonded to the pre-made arch support. If you need only the pre-made arch supports with nothing on it, do not use this option. Now is available with short or 3/4 of full length cover.

*Ordering pre-made arch support with custom cover 

  1. Select from the drop-down menu the orthotic letter (read how to choose the size based on the length of your arch’s foot)
  2. Select Cover Option Add
  3. Select Shell color Black or Semi-white
  4. Click on Add to Cart button

Then on your shopping cart page scroll down and click on Continue Shopping, on the next page find any of our flat insoles or type legionorthopedics on the eBay search box, also there is a link at the bottom of our listing “other items”. Make sure items are from the same seller legionorthopedics.

Once you have selected the flat insole with the available options like size and width, click on the Add to Cart button. You will see your shopping cart and you may continue shopping or make the payment using you PayPal account or credit card.

If you want your arch support with nothing on it, change the Cover option to – None or separated – the charge added when you select the Cover option Add, pays for bonding together the arch support and your selected flat insoles.
