As far as I can tell, this card has never been used in store, and the sleeve is in great shape. There are no swipe marks - since there's no strip or chip.

This is from very first runs of this card released in 2003. (w/Starbucks Taiwan website listed on its own line on the back.)

The card is impossibly NEW in Mint which makes it much more elusive and valuable in the market - this is not something you are going to find too often...don't pass it up.
