How do you come off of a cleanse?
You must come off of a cleanse very gently. You have been on "nature’s operating table" while cleansing and allowing the body to remove the toxins. For the first three days off the cleanse eat very lightly. Include grated, slightly steamed carrots for breakfast, a light salad or vegetable soup for lunch and the same for dinner. This will allow your body to adjust and let your bowels start working normally again. If you find that you are constipated, eat several juicy fruits during the day such as pears, apples, papaya, and berries. We shouldn’t eat more than two fruits per day normally, but if you are constipated, you should eat more. Raw vegetable juices also help the bowel start working well again. Juice celery, cucumber, zucchini, parsley, and apple and drink 12 oz. twice per day. By the fourth day, you will be back on your healthy eating program.
What happens when you use the board? Do you slide off? Does fecal matter automatically flush down the toilet?
Using the cleansing board is very easy to do. The board is very comfortable to lie on and is quite wide so no one should ever slide off. Lay a towel under you and place a pillow at the end where your head will go. Cover yourself with a towel as well. The water flows in gently and back out into the toilet very gently. The fecal matter goes into the toilet. If you would like to flush while you are on the board, you can easily reach the lever with your foot to flush it.
However, it is a good thing to put a colander in the toilet bowl before you begin and not flush until you have observed the contents. The colander will catch the fecal matter for examination. Here you can tell if there is old plaque, worms, or other unwanted material being evacuated. Some people have passed old coins and old popcorn kernals that appear in the collander.
What are the best products to clean the board, tubing and tips?
They recommend soaking the board in a tub of water that has 1 cup of Clorox added to it. To clean the tubing, fill the bucket with clean water and add ¼ cup of Clorox or 1/2 cup Food Grade Peroxide. Let that water flow through the tubing. Then run clean water through the tubing. To clean the tips, fill a quart size container with water and add 2 TBS. of Food Grade Peroxide. Let the tip soak in that solution overnight. Rinse well before using. Never share tubing and tips with another person.

Most of the time nausea is temporary and will pass quickly. If not, you should stop the cleanse for a day and then begin again when you are feeling better. If you feel really sick, you should consult a knowledgeable health care professional immediately.
How do you mix the Deep and Clean?
Put 2 oz. filtered, organic apple juice in a jar and add 8 oz. of purified water. Add 2 tsps. to 1 TBS. Deep and Clean and 1 tsp. Smooth Sweep. Shake well and drink quickly before it gets too thick.
What is the best way to clean the colon without fasting?

What do you put in the cleansing board water?
It’s a good idea to add one quart of flaxseed tea and two capsules of a good probiotic such as preolac. Flaxseed tea is very slippery and soothing to the bowel.
Should I do a liver cleanse or a colon cleanse first?
It is always best to do a colon cleanse first and then cleanse the liver. If the colon is clean, then the liver will have somewhere to dump toxins. If the colon is toxic, it will not be able to accommodate the toxins from the liver to take them out of the body.
How do you skin brush? Can you wash the brush?
Skin brushing is done with a dry vegetable bristle brush before the shower. Brush the body in a circular motion beginning with the bottoms of the feet and move upwards toward the heart. Use the skin brush from the palms of the hands in the same way and move upwards in a circular motion toward the heart. Women and men should never brush their nipples. Brushing the skin dry before a shower helps to remove dead skin cells and uric acid crystals that can cause gout. It helps prevent moles, skin tags, and warts.
The skin brush is like a toothbrush and should never be used by more than one person. Once a week, you should brush it off gently to clean
it. Let it hang for an hour in the fresh air and sunshine once a month. The skin brush can be washed with water and no soap once a month or so. Let hang in fresh air to dry.

Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Additional delivery options may be available for an increased cost. Orders to Canada can be shipped through DHL Global Mail to Canada. DHL Global Mail is delivered via Canadian Post (Max. 66 lbs.). As always customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.

On rare occasions we may run out of stock of an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.
Here at LuckyVitamin.com we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Cold-Pack Service
We offer a free cold pack service to insure the quality and potency of certain temperature sensitive products. When you see the image below on an item's detail page, it indicates that item will ship with cold pack service and we recommend you choose an expedited shipping method.
You may also opt to include cold-pack service with your order by purchasing a Cold-Pack. During the hotter months in order to insure the safety and integrity of certain heat sensitive products and prevent melting, deterioration or rancidity, it may require we pack product with freeze-paks. We recommend purchasing the Cold-Pack service with your order. We may also choose not to ship the product if the weekend will delay final arrival. Based on the size and value of the order an additional $3.50 packaging and handling fee may be required. If any delay or additional cost will incur we will contact you for approval.

Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.
We apologize, but because of product shelf life products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.
In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
