Change of Mind Returns

you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less
the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned
in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the
purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost.
We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via eBay messages to

Warranty Claims-

All
warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a
message to us through eBay.

If
you have a Darche or MSA4x4 Warranty Claim you can visit their website and make
a claim through there as that’s what we have to do for you when contacting us.

In
order to make a claim, you must provide details of the defect or damage in
relation to which you are making a claim under the Photographic or video
evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is
necessary to assess the problem. Where goods are damaged in transit, details
and images of the damaged shipment. You must provide photographic evidence of
the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund.

Our
customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods
may be returned to us at our expense. Please note- Items returned under a
"warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have
a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not
confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
