Economy Shipping (parcel post) is posted on all my listings for the case of a PR , CA TX or HA order, so that way shipping wont be over cost for seller- but if your item is below 13 oz chance are it will be sent by first class mail which is just as about the same as priority at times. Or if you are in the nearest postal zone to me (NY, MD, NJ, RI, PA) your item might be able to ship priority depending on if the costs is similar to first class or parcel post. So shipping time may be sooner depending on where you live.
