SIZEUP Penis Hanger:
The SIZEUP Penis Hanger attaches to the penis via a precision Die-cut genuine leather Penis Harness with adjustable twin strap, with attachment eyelet for easily adding your own weights. The connection point has a heavy-duty stitched leather 'D' ring anchor point for a solid connection to your weights. As you progress, more resistance/weights can be added, the simple design allows for almost anything to be attached and used as a weights,  increasing as you prgerss! 

(Many users use fishing sinkers as weights, but you really are only limited by your imagination!)

Instructions:
Warm the pelvic region for 5 - 10 minutes with a warm washcloth or heat pack to help loosen the skin and ligaments (warm not hot!)
Fit the penis hanger firmly to your penis, but not too tightly to cause discomfort/lack of blood flow (You can add gauze as padding also). 
Attach your weights. First-timers should begin with anything from 50 - 250grams.  Gently test the weights amount before applying full stretch. 
Perform 3 x 20 minute hanging sets  in your first week (don't be afraid to end your set early if something feels wrong)
Take a 10 minute break between each set, use massage to promote circulation (You can remove the hanger inbetween sets if desired). This is a good time to inspect your penis for any marks or pinches. Often a minor injury implies a problem with your technique (or simply too much weight). If you realize your wrap is too tight, this is also a good time to re-wrap.
5 to 10 minute warm-down with warm wash cloth or heatpack

The goal is to eventually work up to 30 sets per week (work up to this over months, letting your body gradually adjust), adding more weight each week if desired (max 250grams per week), OR adding one extra set per daily session each week. Do not increase both weight and sets in the same week, either increase hangtime one week or weight one week.

Remember, it is much better to take it steady and slow to achieve results and avoid injury, don't try and "max weight" it each session. Consistency is key. Stop immediately if you experience pain.
