SHIPPING: All domestic packages are shipped for free via USPS. We ship within 2 business days of payment. Standard FREE shipping takes between 3- 5 business days. We DO NOT ship globally. 

RETURNS: You may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. (EVEN YOU SEE FREE SHIPPING, WE ARE STILL PAYING TO USPS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER). To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return or exchange will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.

 If the item was damaged in transit buyer must contact us before returning the item within 7 days of arrival and evidence of damage/ defect must be provided for return/ refund.
