The GARAGE GRENADE can be used as a trip wire style alarm in any sheds, garages, outbuildings etc helping to secure your property at a very low price compared to any house or garage alarm!
GARAGE GRENADE is an ingenious and simple to use alarm which will be a thief's worst nightmare! The device has carabiner style clips fitted at each end for ease of use. These clips can be put round any fixed point in your garage shed etc to form a trip wire with the supplied nylon line.
Included in this set is a metre length of extremely strong see through nylon wire and a small clip that can be attached to the alarms pin if you would like to secure it to something further away in your garage etc. This is a good way of doing it as the see through wire is very well hidden from any potential thiefs if you are securing the alarm in a place that is easily visible.
As soon as the nylon line is moved the pin mechanism on the alarm is pulled out and as soon as the pin is out the alarm will sound an ear piercing 130db siren which happens instantly and will leave your thief with one option: running off! This alarm will alert anyone around that a theft is taking place instantly.
To stop the alarm the pin needs to be pushed back into the alarm system however the thief will be scared off by the noise in most cases and won't have time to try and deactivate the device. It is a theft deterrent Alarm designed to scare a thief off and alert anyone in the neighbourhood with its siren.
The alarm takes 3 x LR44 batteries and 1x AG10 battery which are included so it's ready to secure your bike straight away. The batteries are replaceable and we supply spare battery sets in our other items.
