HOW TO USE

✓ The metatarsal area of the shoe must be cleaned and dried before using the heel cushion.

✓ Remove the adhesive protective layer from the heel cushion and fix them in the heel of the shoe firmly.

✓ No trimming required. 

✓ For better result, please avoid using the shoe for at least 8 hours.

✓ Replace after six months or at the first sign of wear.
