Returns
You have a right to return your item to us unused and in original packaging within 60 days of order. Your ability to return your item to us will expire 60 days after you have received your order.
To return your unwanted item to us, you will need to inform us of your decision by contacting us via the eBay messaging system. Please include your order number and eBay user ID, and a member of our Customer Service team will assist you with your return. Once goods are processed at our warehouse, we will reimburse the cost of the product via your original payment method. On this occasion we are unable to reimburse the postage cost for you to return your item to us. We will issue your refund no later than 60 days after receiving the product at our warehouse, in an unused and resellable condition. Your refund should show in your account within 3-5 working days.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, we kindly ask for you to send us photographic evidence of the product to figure out what might of happened. Once this is obtained, we will issue you with a full refund, including any postage costs, which you should receive within 3-5 working days.
