Signed by the artist lower left and date 1897.  

It is a lovely example of his work.

It is painted on paper.    

The visible image (area inside the mat) is about 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches.

The frame is about 11 x 13 inches.

Note there may be reflections in the glass.    The painting is in excellent condition.   The frame is very good, and may have a few minor dings/marks.
