This engine was formerly sold under the Predator Racing brand. Due to licensing issues, the manufacturer Lifan are now supplying it under their own name which has reduced the price.

HP212E has been designed with electric start, a 20mm output shaft with CDI ignition system a special carburettor and air filter.

High revving, 5800rpm and designed to give maximum Karting performance. 208cc at 5800rpm is believed to be equivalent to around 9.5hp. 

This engine is not compatible with 2:1 clutch reduction gearboxes and requires a shaft mounted centrifugal clutch or torque converter
