All items are made-to-order at our print shop in Kansas. Items take up to 48 hours to print depending on order volume. Please watch tracking for updates on "package accepted by USPS" to confirm your item is en-route. Mugs are dyed with the image (not a decal). They are dishwasher and microwave safe.
