Most orders ship within 12-24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We will notify you via email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please contact us if you have not received shipment notification after two business days.
We offer domestic shipping via common carriers. USPS First Class and Parcel Post shipping is free in the USA for most of our items. USPS First Class service typically delivers in 2-7 days depending on destination. Heavier items that require Parcel Post may require 1-2 weeks for delivery. We also offer USPS Priority Mail service for an added shipping fee, this option can be chosen at checkout. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2-3 days. Express and overnight service is available for some items, please contact us for details.
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. Please see shipping rate section for international shipping fees. International shipment transit and delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country and the shipping service chosen at checkout. Please contact us if you would like a delivery estimate to your country. First Class Mail International typically delivers to most countries in 3-6 weeks. USPS FCMI does not provide detailed tracking to many countries and delivery time can be extended to certain destinations in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. Expedited service via USPS Priority Mail International can be chosen for an additional fee during checkout. Priority Mail International typically delivers in 2-4 weeks and includes detailed tracking. Buyers outside the US are responsible for paying any and all customs duty, VAT, tax and import fees according to the laws and tax regulations of the destination country. Each country has different rules and tax rates for imported goods, these fees vary by originating country and the type of goods imported. If you have never imported goods from the US please take the time to research the regulations of your country prior to purchase. Customs document values are filled out as below by default:

All packages that are returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship.
It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct shipping address. We ship purchases very quickly. We will do our best to accomodate address changes, but it is not safe to assume that address or order change requests can be applied prior to shipment.
We accept returns up to 30 days after shipment for most of our items. Items must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories. Returned items purchased with free shipping will be refunded less the postage fees of the initial shipment. Items offered As-Is in the listing description are not eligible for return or refund.
