Important Delivery Information
1) Please provide a valid telephone/mobile number when ordering so
if needed, to pass to the courier service to call you about delivery or if we
can arrange the parcels to be left safe. Also in some cases we require a up to
date mobile number to discuss your order & delivery.
2) Please also provide
information of a safe location or with a neighbour for the order to left if you
are not in during the day when attempting delivery
3) All our Parcels are sent out via
Courier Service or Royal Mail and usually delivered within 3 working days from
ordering. On larger bulker orders these are sent out on a eco 48hour pallet
service- Please allow 3-4 working days for these deliveries.
4) Please double check your
delivery address before ordering, we will not accept any responsibility for
incorrect addresses that are provided at the point of ordering.
5) Please respond to any calling cards that are
left by our couriers. If an item is not called for, and returned to us, you are
responsible for the original shipping costs, and a redelivery charge will
apply.
6) Signing for delivery
- Before you
sign for the goods, please inspect the product inside the parcel to ensure that
everything has arrived undamaged. We pack our goods extremely carefully and
damages are rare, however, once you have signed for the goods it may not be
possible to prove that the damage occurred before they came into your
possession. If the goods are left without a signature, we must be notified of
any damages or shortages within 24 hours of the delivery taking place.
If you see any damage or the delivery is short at time of delivery, please ask
to sign the courier service as damaged or short on delivery. Or again it may
not be possible to prove that the damage or missing occurred or missing goods
before they came into your possession.
Terms and Conditions.
We often charge
less for postage and shipping than it actually costs us. If at any point you
are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will charge you our
cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the listing.
Heavier and Bigger Items are subject to higher delivery charges, please keep
this in mind when requesting returns/redeliveries.
Damaged/Faulty Items:
In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are faulty or
damaged or short , we will replace them. All damages must be reported to us via
the eBay My Messages system within 48 hours from delivery.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Should it be
necessary for us to cancel an order due to customer error, we will send an
order cancellation request via eBay. This request must be accepted by the
customer prior to any refund being issued. If the request is not accepted, we
reserve the right to deduct a 12% administration fee from any refunds issued.
Please understand that by placing your order, we have already been charged eBay
fees and by accepting the cancellation we can recoup those funds and provide
you with a full refund.
Goods Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your goods upon receipt
of delivery, if they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please
sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must
be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please DO NOT send
the item back to us before contacting us.
