ToyBiz's Marvel Legends Face-Off line is a Classic Marvel hero together with his archenemy. This set is the The Hulk (Bruce Banner) versus The Leader. Both Characters, The Hulk and The Leader, are Arch-Enemies in the Marvel Universe.
Face-Off Hulk is based on the Marvel's Incredible Hulk whose origin was in the 1962 Incredible Hulk Issue #1.

Face-Off The Leader (Samuel Sterns) is a fictional super-villain character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Leader first appeared in Tales to Astonish Issue #62, created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko as an enemy of the Hulk. He has mainly appeared in Hulk related comic books over the years and was one of the featured characters in the Marvel NOW! Thunderbolts relaunch. The Leader was ranked as IGN's 63rd Greatest Comic Book Villain of All Time in 2009.
The Leader was exposed to Gamma Radiation that mutated him into a green skinned, super-intelligent entity who names himself the Leader. The Leader, embarking on a career of crime, has repeatedly attempted to foiled by the Hulk. The Leader's large forehead and skin are Green. The Gamma Radiation has mutated his body and transformed him causing his cranium to change to the shape of an over-sized brain. The Leader's outfit has an orange and black design.
