How do you determine an item's condition?

N - New with Tags - Pristine, never used condition. Tags still attached.

A - New Without Tags - No wear to the item. Never used condition, but without tags.

B - Excellent - Only slight signs of wear. Does not diminish the overall appearance of the item.

C - Good - Shows signs of regular use. Item shows visible wear.

D - Fair - Heavily used. Visible signs of wear that impact the appearance of item.

F – Poor – Damaged, as is merchandise.

Are your product in a pet-free/smoke-free environment?

Yes - our inventory are double-bagged and stored in a remote warehouse

How fast do you ship?
