Our Professional Series “RC-T3G” is one of only a handful of true competition grade glow in the dark thermometers available on the market today. It features a versatile full range, easy to read glow in the dark segmented dial with a range of 50 F for low and slow smoking to 550 F for that go ‘ol flame broiled taste. Our thermometers are constructed with an extra thick gauge 304SS housing and our specially designed and welded 316SS probe stem to withstand the corrosive effects of cooking over time.
River Country’s® “Professional Series” RC-T3G has a specially designed and built, luminescent Anti Parallax, Vibration Resistant Dial with a quick responds bi-metallic spring to show almost instantaneous temperature change plus a shatter resistant glass lens to withstand the heat. The RC-T3G has a built in user re-calibration adjuster for true competition cook-off’s when every degree counts! Each of our thermometers is hermetically sealed at our factory and undergo a multi step dry heat cycle testing procedure and inspection to ensure at least a 99.1% full scale accuracy rate, The highest in the industry.
The RC-T3G comes standard with 1/2” NPT by ¾” length mounting threads for easy mounting on thick or thin walled grills and smokers and a non obtrusive 2 ½” thermometer stem. If you do not have a pre-existing ½” NPT fitting, you can easily drill a 13/16” std hole and mount with the supplied hardware and instructions.

General Return Policy:
All products purchased from us at River Country are Brand New, either from our own manufacturing facility or one of our partner companies. If there is any problem with your order please contact us either by phone at 218-476-3555 or by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Unlike most companies we are always here for you after the sale and will always work with you to resolve any issues. If a return or exchange is needed we will issue you a Return Merchandise (RM) number so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently.
· Please note no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise (RM) Number.
· It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs on returns
· All Returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, owners’ manuals/instructions, etc. to be considered for a refund.
· No refunds will be given on items that have been used or abused; you can only exchange the item at that point.
· All International Sales are final, as is whereas.
· If you are returning an unused item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be tested and/or inspected before a refund is issued.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives defective or quits working within the first few days please contact us immediately. We will either exchange your item, or provide direct contact information for you to the manufacturer. Some of our suppliers prefer to work directly with the customer so we can eliminate the middleman to resolve the issue faster.
If your product arrives and there is notable damage to the shipping box have your delivery person note the damage and notify us immediately so all proper paper work and claims can be processed. Once claims are processed a new replacement will be sent to you.
Shipping International:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local authorities about the rules and regulations and about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on good imported into your country. Please note that all the additional fees above our shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason once your package arrives and you refuse delivery because of high customs or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed we will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. All the additional costs incurred by us will be charged back to you or reduced from your refund.
