Item when lightly wrapped will weigh under 100 g and be regarded as a large letter in the UK, international small packet/parcel.
I will only accept payment Via Pay Pal or in UK currency. If you require insurance for the item(s), please ask. Royalmail or the designated courier is responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and redress must be sought through them. Postage costs do include the cost of your packaging and are not just the cost of the stamps on your parcel. Please bear this in mind when rating postage costs as ratings are supposed to be for postage and packaging as packaging materials are expensive and I always send items well packed either in jiffy padded envelopes, postal sacks or boxes dependent on item and other costs are for bubble wrap, tape etc. In addition due to my own chronic health I am forced to pay a third party to pack.
Shipping: Your item will usually be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received and your parcel will be stamped with the date of shipment. I post routinely twice a week towards the start and end. Once a parcel has left me I have no control over delivery times and ratings are supposed to be for dispatch time and not delivery time. You should consider both the despatch time and the delivery time combined before bidding. Recently people have been marking my ratings down for dispatch time when in fact all items have been posted within this stated time frame - clearly they confuse despatch times with delivery times.

Additional terms and conditions: buyers buy this item on the understanding that should they wish to return it then the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs and acknowledge that the original postage costs will not be refunded. Once the item has been safely returned then a refund of the purchase price less any costs incurred by me will be made.
International buyers may also be required to pay for INTERNATIONAL SIGNED INSURED which adds £5.50 to listed postage. This requirement always applies for Italy and will be applied on any multi item purchase due to value of the combined order.
