Shipping Address

In an effort to protect our customers from fraudulent orders we can only ship to verified PayPal address. We cannot make changes after your order has been placed.
In order to avoid confusion or issues with delivery please confirm that your address is correct in both eBay and PayPal. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct prior to placing your order.

Return Policy

Our packing staff check every item scrupulously before shipping your order.

  • No returns or exchange except for defective items. You must contact us within 7 days after item arrival.
  • Please send defective items in unworn and unwashed condition and with original tag, otherwise we cannot exchange/refund your money back.
  • Please contact us first, to return item with tracking number, before you send it.
  • In order to help us understand what is defective/damaged, please send us photos of the item when contacting us.

Yes. For practical reasons, we usually combine shipping. Once you are ready to check out, please request a combined invoice with your preferred shipping method and we shall send you a new invoice with the updated shipping fee.

It depends on the shipping method and your country. EMS shipment can take up to 5 days, SAL small packet shipment can take up to 2 weeks. For further information, please check the Japan Post Delivery page.

Depending on the period of the year (holiday seasons, weather conditions) the delivery may take more time than usual. Please kindly first check your shipment delivery status with the tracking number you received. If your item has still not arrived after 2 weeks (EMS) / 1 month (SAL), please contact us and we shall try to get more information from Japan Post.

As long as we have not shipped your item yet, you can ask to cancel your order.

If the item has not been shipping, you can ask to ccancel your order. However, if you have received the item, we unfortunately cannot exchange your item for another color. We apologize for the inconvenience but we appreciate your understanding with this.
